The ongoing trendy figure of kareena is luring women to stick to grueling exercises and punishing diets. But on the other side its worth remembering that, too thin doesn’t make you healthy and fit.
Fitness requires a good combination of diet and exercise. It’s indeed a delightful experience to follow a healthy regime and keeping a balance between your work and food throughout the day.
First of all, it’s indispensable to know your body type, whether its vata, pitta or kapha and gain knowledge about the kind of food your body requires and choose those tastes that suit your current needs. The passion for food is a common ground and salubrious blend of diet containing adequate minerals, carbohydrates, vitamins and fats could sanguinely help to stay healthy.
In this busy loaded life where everybody is short on time and could not keep a track on food we eat, then follow certain quick tricks like carry something to eat in the car, bus, or even as you walk down to work.
One important thing that most people complain about the fact that they cannot even dream of eating anything in the morning as their stomach seems to be full and they work empty stomach when body tends to burn maximum calories. So, such people need to evoke, rather they must enjoy the food in the morning and keep dinner light.
So, fuel up your breakfast with right nutrients as it kicks the brain into action and keeps you energetic through out the day.
Apart from food, exercise equally plays vital role to shed off those extra kilos from your body. You need to workout vigorously and vivaciously if you are overweight. But if five kilos is making your body chubby then it will shed off slowly but surely. The normal exercise regime involves 20min of warm-up, 30mins of stepper or floor exercises and 10 to 15mins of crunches, dumbles etc to tone up your body.
Yoga may help to mould your body the way you want by utter dedication and firmly rooting yourself to shed weight. It is a slow process of shedding but will last and will able to maintain your body fit for long-term. Indulge yourself into the yoga which your body requires for instance Ashtanga yoga is to tone up muscles. The best and enhancing way to keep your self fit is being regular with any type of exercise such as swimming, walking, playing favorite sport, etc.
Your body may fail to deliver results if you are not conferring the right blend of diet and exercise. On the other hand sheer and utter patience is required as slow and steady wins the race.

A normal lifestyle with normal schedules lead to normal nutritional needs and normal physical exertions. Problems arise when schedules are askew.
